DIRECTOR, SEC REPORTING

Description:

To be considered for this position, the following is required (unless otherwise specified):

• BS degree in Accounting
• CPA a plus
• Minimum of 8 years of in-depth SEC reporting experience
• At least 2 years of corporate SEC reporting experience
• Public accounting experience
• Demonstrated experience having audited public clients

This position is based in the MD / DC / Northern VA region.

SALARY: $90,000 TO $125,000 BASE
